We believe the internet should always be free. And NFLfans promises to do all it can to stay free. But advertising has tanked and we need help paying the bills. We don't ask for much, but to keep everything alive after donating ourselves, we still need to raise approximately $1800 each year. To do this we have opened up two inexpensive paid memberships. Memberships run $10("GM") and $25("owner"). See Membership

Eazy Biscuits and gravy pizza

Ingredients
One pre-bake pizza crust or biscuit dough (12 inch.)
1/2 lbs lean ground beef (90% or better)
1/2 medium onion
2 Tablespoons dried Sage
2 cups milk
2 Tablespoons butter.
1 Tablespoon flour
8oz mozzarella cheese (or more if you like)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 400
Brown ground beef with the onions in a pan or deep skillet
Add 1 Tablespoon sage, 1 tablespoon butter, and flour
Sauté for 1 or 2 minutes more
Add milk and salt
Stir until it starts to thicken
Add rest of the sage (1Tsp) and butter remove from heat and stir.
Spoon onto pizza crust
Top with mozzarella cheese
(For an extra kick sprinkle on some chives and/or red pepper flakes.)
Bake 10-15 minutes until cheese starts to brown.

The slices reheat very well, in the oven, or in a pan or on a grill covered with a lid.
