Are we going to fire Nolan, yes or no?

I've been hearing some conflicting news that Nolan is staying, theN Nolan is going to be fired, and I just read from Matt's blog (Press Democrat) that seems to imply that the Yorks are going to meet with Nolan tomorrow, and something might come up by 2pm PST.

Mike Nolan was given the right opportunity to fix this team. But fixing it means you do better, not worse. When coaches like Jimmy Johnson, bill Parcells, Del Rio come onto teams, those teams beat winning/losing/anemic/ and finish with a variety of wins, but at least they gave an effort. In a losing season, there is a big team that was beaten. Yet with Mike Nolan, out of 16 NFC matchups, we can only beat Detroit, a bad Viking team, a bad Seattle team, a hurt St. Louis team, Arizona...there's no convincing wins. The wins over the bucs were a result of not having simeon rice in one game, and taking Garcia out in the other. In the AFC West, we only beat the lowly Raiders and Denver gave their game away.

Next year, we have AFC/NFCE,Det,Car,Crap division (I call the NFC West the crap division). If Nolan stays, 3 and 13. If we get a quality coach, I see possibly 6 to 9 wins. I see better motivation. We get a guy like Lane Kiffin (example now, we can't get him actually) with an attitude and the right moves on offense/defense coaching (keep Singletary/Manusky/special teams coach PLEASE), we have better hope then giving up.

I hope Nolan is fired by tomorrow at 2pm. I got a good party planned out! When I come back from hauling wood, I expect news on KNBR that says MIke Nolan has been FIRED!

Please God, get Nolan out of SF.
