Wow. We should be used to this

They do this to all the time. For some reason, I can't let this year go. I am still seeing 11-5. There is no way Favre will let this go much longer. We need the following adjustments now.

Sit Coles. I loved this guy in the past (came from my city) but he is becoming a cancer with his comments. Learn how to seperate and you will get the ball more. Give Smith or Stuckey more of a chance.

Pound the run. And don't stop. TJ and Leon could be unstoppable with this line.

Allow Favre to be Favre. He can win more then Shotty. Give him Clowney to stretch the field. Keep Baker on the sidelines and use 4 man sets more. Even if we are in the lead, let him sling it.

Enough of the cushion on defense. Make them beat us deep. Rhodes is that good if given a chance.

Move some of the fat guys off during passing downs. Blitz guys who can zone in on the tackle like Rhodes, Poteat, and Harris. Shoot Barton up the middle on a delay. Give Devito and Murrell more playing time. Those guys play with a fire.

Mangini needs to take the responsibility. Open up the playbook and play to win it all and not just the game. Make a friggin statement like you did with the Titans.

Not much. Just be more aggressive on both sides of the ball.

I hope you're right. There is no doubt that this team has the horses to get the job done. Tennessee's only loss has been to the Jets.

Which Jets team will show up in these final three games of 2008? The team that dismantled the Titans in Tennessee or the team that lost to Oakland & SF? Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde?

I may be wrong. I just think this is the most talented team that I have seen since being a fan and that is 20 years strong. If not, I can't keep doing this to myself. It hurts more and more.

I am hoping for Mr. Hyde. I really hope they lose all 3!!! Nothing would piss me off more than getting in, and losing 1st round. We would lose that 2nd rounder. There is no way in hell this team can do anything in the playoffs. I feel like Jim Mora. Playoffs!!!!! Playoffs!!!!!!!!!

We are in for a few more long yearfs cause Brett is gonna say F these losers and leave us with nothing but unknowns. SOJ

i am not sure if favre has it in him anymore. he can not do it himself anymore...that ship has sailed. the coaching stafff need to go ASAP....as much as i hate to say that it has become more and more painfully obvious that they r overmatched......

I still be believe they are outcoached. The 9ers have a bunch of nobody's and a staff willing to lay it all out there. Mangini out thinks himself. That leads him to allow some 4th string qb, backup rb, and has beens and nobody's at WR beat him. For a defensive coach, he is lacking out there. Why allow the space for the slants in case they get by you? That is Hermie ball. Get them on the line and bump them. Throw in the blitz and make that nobody beat you. Don't allow them all day and hope for a mistake.

Not making the playoffs this season would be an all-time low. Losing the division & a playoff spot to the Chad led Dolphins would just make it seem that much worse. JMO

I don't want to go through that heartbreak. At this point I'd gladly give up that second round pick even for a one-and-done in the playoffs just to avoid it.

They're playing preseason defense. Rarely blitz, rush three, play 'coverage'. VANILLA.

Could that be why the Denver home game felt like a preseason game from the start?

Brett has played badly the past two games (how could he call a timeout to avoid a penalty on a 3rd and 21 yesterday?) but the #1 thing killing the Jets right now is this pass 'defense'. It doesn't matter who they're playing they look like top Qbs & offensive teams against the Jets.

I hate watching these QBs drop back time after time after time and they barely get touched. It's target practice for them.

How can Fvare be favre when our receivers are getting shut down? Coles and Cotch are mediocre. I was wrong about them and blamed Chad, but he wasnt the problem.

Favre is a legend, if Coles and Cotch are getting open then trust me, Brett is going to find them.
