Ok, time to turn it over to Geno. This team is not going ANYWHERE. Put Decker in the slot and start Smith. Get him as many reps as possible. Less Pace, more Mauldin and Reilly.

    Excellent point.

This was the case weeks ago. But the desire to let things play out turned out to be an expensive opportunity cost.

Pace, Cro....cut em. Zero future with this organization.

Coples....demote to backup 3-4 DE and starting 4-3 DE.

Put the other ILB job up for grabs. Davis and Henderson can have equal reps if that helps. We aren't going to pay 2 ILBs at Harris level. (Shouldn't even pay one imo)

On offense? Really what is there to do? The only guys of any consequence are already starting and in their appropriate roles. (Ivory, Decker, Marshall, D.Smith, Brick, Carpenter, Mangold) You want to play around with the rest? Go ahead. It doesn't matter. QB, TE, the right side of the line, backup RBs.....all dogshit and will be replaced or reassigned this offseason. I want to see Geno under center because it will open up the route tree for those guys that will be here next season. You want to get Wes Saxton involved? Put in some new wrinkles for the WR turned HBack? Go ahead. Hell draw up some plays for Bohanan too....I don't give a shit.

FACT: The New York Jets will never win a Super Bowl with Woody Johnson as the owner.

some dope on sirius radio a few weeks ago said he was the Jets Rich Gannon lol

I was all for riding the wave when we were 4-1, but its time to pull the plug on this guy.

yup there is not much to do on offense, the changes need to be the realignment of assets from D, to cap space for O. need to look to move some DL for as many picks as possible

Who are you gonna move? Richardson? That's the only option unless you want to trade away Mo....which would be horrible imo. We control his ass for 3 more years with tags. And he is putting his earning potential at risk on every snap for those 3 years. And I'd use every one of them and then trade him to any team who wants to negotiate a long term deal with him in 2018 when he's 29 years old.

We need speed at defensive end, linebacker, receiver, a QB for gods sake oops a TE who can block and catch the ball! And all the above except Smith!
