I'm starting to think the Jets can go 14-2. When does Romo return? Anyone care to hazard a wild flyer guess at where the two losses will be? Patriots and Cowboys may be the ONLY playoff teams we face. Maybe Giants? Seriously, realistically, 11 or 12 wins is looking LIKELY for the Jets. But we still cannot beat any playoff team IMO w/ Fitz.

David Harris, Calvin Pryor, Leonard Williams, Bilal Powell | Jets injury update from London win

    on October 04, 2015

LONDON The Jets on Sunday beat the Dolphins 27-14 at Wembley Stadium, but they also saw four key players exit with injuries.

It doesn't sound like any of them are serious, though. Coach Todd Bowles addressed the injuries after the win. The Jets have next week to heal because they're on a bye. They don't play again until Oct. 18 against Washington.

PLUS: Jets 27, Miami Dolphins 14: The good, the bad, and the ugly from a strong showing in London

In Sunday's game, strong safety Calvin Pryor bruised a bone in his knee after banging it directly against the knee of a Dolphins player. Rookie defensive end Leonard Williams sprained his ankle. Middle linebacker David Harris hurt his quadriceps. And third-down running back Bilal Powell injured his groin.

None of those players returned to the game after getting hurt.

Pryor isn't worried about his knee.

"It's just a bruise," he said. "Nothing more than that. I'm pretty sure I'll be good."

Bowles said Harris "should be OK." Like Pryor, he is an important player on the Jets' defense, not easily replaced.

Williams' sprained ankle doesn't seem like a major thing, but remember, the Jets on Monday are scheduled to get defensive end Sheldon Richardson back from a four-game marijuana suspension. Williams has been starting in his place.

Bowles said he's "not sure yet" about the severity of Powell's groin ailment.

With the bye coming up, Pryor said, "It's a great time, man. Pretty sure a lot of guys are sore, hurting right now. To have a couple days off to rest your body and just chill and relax for a little bit before you get back to football, it's going to be huge."
