Raiders 2015 Seven Round Draft - Very Early

I have put together this draft very preliminarily. The bottom line is that the Raiders have more needs than picks, so trading down will always be considered and it is impossible to address all of the needs with one draft. I have assumed the Raiders will be picking first in each round and will have a supplemental comp pick near the very end. I have noted each players current ranking at after my notes.

R1. Pick#1 Leonard Williams - DT - USC - A penetrating one gap DT that is equally effective at stuffing the run or rushing the passer. easily the best player in college football. Raiders get the best player who happens to fill a huge need. (NFLDS #1)

    R2. Pick#33 Trade for Pick # 43 and Pick #75

R2. Pick#43 Haouli Kikaha - DE - Washington - a one man wrecking crew who lines up all over the place. He has the size to play 4/3 DE (6'2" 250) or LB. 11 games, 60 TKL, 22.5 TFL, 16.5 sacks, 2 FF, 1 FR, 2PBU. (NFLDS#48)

    R3 Pick#65 Trade for Pick #71 and Pick #147

R3 Pick#71 Nelson Agholor - WR - USC - Oakland gets their explosive WR and returner to ignite their offense. He is a threat to go the distance every time he touches the ball. (NFLDS#73)

R3 Pick #75 Jake Fisher - LOT - Oregon Oakland gets a young developmental LT from a WINNING program! (NFLDS #77)

R4 Pick #101 Grady Jarrett - DT - Clemson Oakland gets a solid run stuffer to put next to Leonard Williams. Jarrett is very strong and surprisingly agile. He can also get good penetration. (NFLDS#103)

R5 Pick #136 Bernard Blake - CB - Colorado State - Blake is an underrated player with decent size (5' 11" 5/8") and speed (has been timed as fast as 4.42). HE has fluid hips and decent ball skills (2 INT 24 PBU in his career) (NFLDS#141)

R5 Pick #147 David Johnson RB Northern Iowa - A big (6' 2" 229) power RB to pair with Latavious Murray in the backfield. (NFLDS#149)

R6 Pick #171 Traded for Pick #188 and Pick #227

R6 Pick #188 Jordan Taylor - WR - Rice Oakland gets a BIG WR (6' 5" - your welcome PnP) who has been very productive in a winning program. 158 career catches for 2358 yards and 17 TDs. (NFLDS#203)

R7 Pick #211 Stephone Anthony - ILB - Clemson Anthony has really come on this year and been the captain of Clemson's highly rated defense. He has good size, speed and range and is a solid tackler. Should complete the LB core with Mack and Moore. (NFLDS#225)

R7 Pick #227 Junior Salt - RG - Utah A big road grader RG to eventually form the core of the OLine with Jackson and Whiz. He is one of the main reasons Utah's RB Booker is running wild this year. (NFLDS#245)

R7 Pick #255 (Supplementary Comp Pick) Rob Haverstein - RT - Wisconsin Oakland completes the OLine rebuild with a huge (6' 8" 335) RT. He started the season under the radar, but after repeatedly mowing down top 10 pick Randy Gregory on Melvin Gordon's long runs against Nebraska everyone took notice. (NFLDS#271)

Well that's it. Have at it
