Did Mac make a great deal by trading Sheldon?

I know everyone doesn't believe in PFF stats, but this is all I have:

    SHELDON RICHARDSON, defensive end

Richardson was the latest Jet shown the door. Maccagnan traded him to the Seahawks for receiver Jermaine Kearse on cutdown day. In two games, Richardson has six tackles and no sacks. He has a PFF grade of 71.7 -- 72nd among qualifying defensive ends.*
Kearse, meanwhile, is the Jets' No. 1 wideout. He has 11 catches for 123 yards and two touchdowns already.*

A guy learning a new defense and teammates, calm down a bit.

Regardless, it's a great thing the jets spent millions on Wilkerson instead, he's super great.

    You ask?

Mehta reported teams wanted to trade for him if he took a pay cut.

Somehow the Jets got Seattle to pay up a second round pick and a solid WR. From afar it looks like they miss Kearse big time their O sucks.

1 1/2 sacks since the start of the 2016 season. Last year the excuse was he was playing out of position this year he has none. That D has been one of the best for years with Bennet getting most of the attention on that d-line he should be cleaning up. That division stinks too!

    It was a heist.

Lol, what does this have to do with the sheldon trade?? The trade was the best we could hope for, too many financial assets on an over rated D line.. income redistribution is good sometimes..
