I say no...
Other than kicking off the dirt (not his fault that he plays on a baseball diamond) he has been a good kicker, most likely the best KO guy in the league, and a high % kicker under 40. Who else could we get to do those things who is a proven dirt kicker?:debate:

Jano is just fine. In a game of field position, his touchback percentage has really helped us. He also has been asked to kick more 50+ yarders than likely any other kicker, which affect your percentage. His only fault, is he has been streaky struggling when our offense struggles. I think it's only a confidence issue, for the team as a whole, moving the ball. I think if we give him the support of an offense that can consistently move beyond the opposition's 35yd line, he'll have a shot at being the best kicker in the league. That being said, I hope he leads the league in extra points made. With Russell's arm and McFadden's speed, I am hoping the opponent's 35yard line becomes our "Red Zone".
