Here are the results for the Dolphis in the latest mock draft.

Warning: I am a rookie! Not only am I new to this site, but this is my first draft.

First of all I made some strategic trades that I felt would drastically Improve the number of picks as well as the strength of the draft overall.

#1 to KC for #5, #66, #140 and #187

#64 and #100 to Philly for #40

So I came away with one pick in the first round, three picks in the second round, one in the third round, one in the 5th round, three in the 6th round and two in the 7th round for a total of 11 picks.

Round 1: #5 Ryan Clady / OT / Boise St

Round 2: #32 Dan Connor / MLB / Penn St.
#49 Shawn Crable / DE-OLB / Michigan
#57 Chilo Rachal / G / USC

Round 3: #66 Charles Godfrey / CB / Iowa

Round 4: No Picks

Round 5: #140 Chris Horton / SS / UCLA

Round 6: #187 Darius Reynaud / WR, RB / West Virginia
#195 Cory Boyd / RB / South Carolina
#204 Ryan O'Hara / QB / Central Oklahoma

Round 7: #208 Chris Hopkins / TE / Toledo
#245 Jason Shirley / NT / Fresno St

I felt that offensive line and defensive secondary are the Phins most immediate needs and as you can see QB wasn’t a priority IMO for this years draft. I'm still waiting to see how the Beck experiment plays out. He has been putting in a lot of work this off-season and he has the potential, and besides Tebow will be there next year if he flops.

Clady - Maybe a bit of a reach, but a straight forward pick. Possibly the best LT prospect this year and would be an instant upgrade to the O line.

Connor - Zack Thomas is gone... Nuff said. I dont think he will fall this far, but you never know.

Crable - Jason Taylor may be on his way out and Porter is getting old. Crable should be a good fit into the 3-4 and with a little grooming could become a dominant DE-OLB. Great pass rusher and good run stopper with experience.

Rachal - Not the quickest guard but solid and a bit nasty. Will compete for a starting position and add much needed depth to the line.

Godfrey - Good size and speed and best CB on the board at the time. He is a bit raw, but has good instincts.

Horton - This was probably the biggest reach, but I have seen him play in person and he is an animal that brings the pain. He has good size and decent speed and can help out on special teams immediately.

Reynaud - Decent size and speed, built like a RB, that will be a good slot reciever. He is not affraid to go over the middle and is dangerous after the catch. Can contribute on special teams immediately.

O'Hara - Originally I wanted to take O'Connor in the 6th, but I held out too long and missed out on him so I picked a sleeper.O'Hara 6'5"/235/4.69 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUqJzAUViCo) who I feel has the size and physical tools and with a few years on the bench could be the next Rothlisberger.

Hopkins - Another sleeper. At 6'5"/273/4.78 his 40 time complements his size well. He's productive as a reciever and decent blocker. He has great character.

Shirley - Another sleeper. 6'5"/330/4.98 A monstrous nose tackle who runs a sub-five 40! Classic boom or bust guy that has great potential, but has some discipline problems and off the field issues.

There you go... Feel free to throw in your opinions.

Its an impressive rundown of prospects well targeted at the Fins needs.
