You have to be kidding! We can't make it that easy for them That was horrible. Good Chad is the better option here.

Well, let's hope the rest has done his arm good and he can lead our team to a victory!

LET'S GO CHAD! LET'S GO JETS!

Get some points on the board early; answer their easy TD....no, I'll get cute and get no points. Really bad coaching.

I don't get that either, I guess Mangini feels FGs won't do it, if we are to beat them we need to match TD for TD.

Now we are in a hole again with a big 0 on the board

I would refuse to come off the bench after that slap in the face!! Put the guy in on 3rd and 18, he throws a perfect pass and then take him out on forth?? Please try to convince me that Chad would not have hit Baker there on forth!

how do you let Brad Smith throw it? lol

TBrady

WHERE IS THE DAMN PASS RUSH?????

He had all the time in the world, nobody even within 10 yards of him!!

He could've put out a lounge chair fired up a BBQ and still had time to make a pass!

They said Kellen is probable to come back too.

Just like he has all year long save a couple games.

The one Simms was raving about was only a two man rush though.

seems like a good trade-off

ibleedgreen

Only three points surrendered through one quarter plus against "the greatest offense in history" () and the Jets' offense has barely been on the field. It's time to score a TD after a long drive.

Exactly .. and a lot of time off the clock too. ;)

TBrady

They have been doing a good job of pounding the ball, while our Offense still needs to get us a score.

ibleedgreen

PRECISELY what we needed!!! :bdance:

TBrady

That helps negate that TD Clemens threw.

If we went for the FG we would be tied now.

My thoughts exactly T. Jets are losing 3-0, in essence.

HUGE play! You need that on a day like today.

That Championship I spoke of for my HS team also showcased a blocked punt/TD.

:sorry:

D@mnit hat blocked punt hurt.

No need to apologize, all's good.

My main observation of the 1st half: Adrian Clarke = the worst starting LG in football. That is all.

Damn, tit for tat, we block one they block one, instead of holding them to just a 3 point lead at the half, now they have a 10 point lead.

We need a much better second half if we are to pull this one off.

Mangini just getting too cute with this Smith package. Just run the f...ing offense with Chad and let's see how that turns out. He's killing me.

That turnover is a backbreaker. At the least we could've been within a TD.

TBrady
12-16-2007, 01:51 PM
Not Mangini's, Chad's or Smith's fault Baker fumbled that ball.

Smith is catching them off guard, but it is obvious he is not going to pass, I bet he could really catch the Pats off guard if he just goes deep one play, they would not expect it.

TBrady
12-16-2007, 02:08 PM
Can't beat the Pats this way, need to score some points offensively as well. one blocked punt TD is not going to cut it.

Luckily we are still in the game somewhat. a couple of those FGS we could've had would've made it qa closer game.

Revis is playing lights out football today. Covering his man like glue. We need to get in Brady's face. The D's doing the job, like TB said it's time for the O to pick up some of the slack.

Wasting valuable clock too.

NotEasyBeingGreen
12-16-2007, 02:48 PM
what happened, why the penalty?

TBrady
12-16-2007, 02:53 PM
That missed FG hurts, still a 2 score gtame and not enough time to get them.

Too many missed opportunities once again, same story.
