I know there is (are) a draft site (sites) that not only ranks the players by position, but also gives the round they think the player should be drafted in; but I can't find it (or them).
Can anybody help me out on this?

We do that here on this site, we're in the process of finishing the profiles for the seniors and ranking them. Most of the seniors should be taken care of by the New Year hopefully.

nfldraftscout has what you are looking for but beware because they go to a pay-only format after new years.

I like walterfootball.com, nfldraftcountdown.com, nfldraftscout.com
also:
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/draft08/index
if you want to pay for the ESPN insider stuff it is pretty good.

Its a pay for site under 10 bucks but i think they do a really good job with ranking and team needs and player profiles. the Huddle report other than that i check out Great blue north draft and they have a link setup that takes you to all the draft sites you can pick out whichever one you want to look at.
