Aside from that otherworldly effort from Jamal Lewis on that late run (:wtf:), this group continues to impress me. In fact, I think this is really the only reason why I have ANY hope that the Jets will win this week.

(They also seemed to run it okay .. as I hope they would work on that for next week. ;))

Did anything else stand out as positive from yesterday?

They did an admirable job the whole day until they let lewis ice it like that, that sort of put the whole performance of the day in the toilet. But there really wasnt a pass rush and the browns stunted a lot of their drives with drops and inaccurate passes. The lack of a pass rush is what gives me no hope against the pats

As for other positives..... Nugent? DBrick did OK on Wimbley from what i Remember too.

coming out of the back field was a big problem. I thought charlie garner was back! good job by romeo not playing into our strengths early on

Cleveland's got a pretty good offense though, correct?

I wouldn't expect the Jets to show their hand here. They'll have something different cooked up for next week. ;)

The defense wore out toward the end, but the INTs and missed onsides kick put them in a bad spot. Overall they did well but they need more pass rush. Chris Long anyone?

Agreed. They were beat...and to ask them to hold Cle after a stupid on side kick was not fair or realistic.

Chris Liong? Not unless you can guanrtee me he can play OLB. This team needs an OL and skill players more then Chris Long.

Give me McFadden, Faneca and Dansby!

What sucked is it was 3rd and 4 and the Browns formation showed run all the way. And for him to score a TD on the play was really disheartening.

It was an incredible run though. JL has been running with ATTITUDE this year.
