That game su(ked!!!!! LOL
for 50 mins KC was bad, the OL was bad, Jones was bad, and every WR not named coles was invisible.

And mangini was too clever for his own good

I think Jones was bad because the O line was bad, I think the lack of a running game from the poor O line blocking had an affect on Clemmens performance, I think Coles and Cotch being injured had an affect and that Brad Smith is just not that good a WR also had an affect, add it all together and our Offense pretty much sucks!
But it all starts and ends with the line, if the line is not doing it's job, it will have a residual effect on everyone else's performance all game.

your not going to have time (unless it's the jets blitzing). he has to deliver the ball to the hot read! He just looked very lost back there for 3-1/2 qtrs

And the floaters are vintage chad! The kid has a great arm, why the jump balls?

Another winnable game taht we managed to handa way.

That was a TD on clemens QB sneak in the first half, not challenging that was hideous. I guess Eric thought we'd get the one yard anyway, think again Eric, we're the Jets. .

Again, Clemens' accuracy is an issue.

Didnt have a problem with kicking the FG on the 4th and 10, though, not kicking it deep was dumb. To expect to recover 2 onside kicks is a bit unrealistic.

The defense was doing an admirable job against a good offense until they let Lewis run by them to ice the game. That ruined everything.

I am not sold on Clemens as the answer, I do think has the tools, he is mobile, has a strong arm, I do not think he is surrounded with the best supporting cast.

But what do we do? we need to use our draft pick to fill holes, do we use one for another QB to eventually compete with KC? or do we give Chad another chance to win the job back nest preseason? do we look for a FA QB to compete with KC?

I don't have the answer, I hope Tannenbaum does.

The Jets Braintrust is going to be seriously tested this off season with their QB decision(s).

They are going to have to make a decision or decisions based on info that wil be far less than perfect.

With absolutely no O line, how do they decide if Kellen is the real deal or not? No matter which way they decide it could be a mistake.

Very discouraging game yesterday, and boring as hell.

the deep left out pattern was a thing of beauty! but, there was way too much garbage before that.

the most was the way we got little to no pressure at all on Anderson. That O-line was a real liability for the Browns last year but they have made a very impressive turnaround. Joe Thomas looks like the real deal at LT so far. I was hoping that maybe Eric would use this game to continue to work on scheming some better blitz packages but if that's what he was doing it wasn't working very well. If we don't find a way to pressure Brady, it is going to be a very long game next weekend!

I thought Brad Smith did pretty well the last couple weeks. And Cotch has a broken finger so it's hard to get too down on him (well, for most of us anyways  :glare:).
