What in the world is going on with DJ? Just what is holding him back from seeing the field? Does he even dress out?

hasn't been active yet.
When slower receivers don't have the tricks down, they're going to struggle. He could be solid in the slot, but overall he's just not that far along I guess.
With Carter/Colbert, and Robinson, they had to have known Jarrett or one of the above would be inactive most of the year.
Has Robinson seen the field at all other than special teams? I haven't noticed him if he has. We've run a few empty backfields, but that's normally with King and Foster/Williams. Not a 4th WR.

I think Mags and I commented on DJ over the summer, suggesting that he would be inactive for part of the year. Smart move. He was available when we drafted because he would not be immediate help. I think an injury or poop play will come into play later on- he will be hungry and fresh, hopefully

Robinson hasn't seen much WR time if at all - he hadn't shown much as a receiver in camp despite all the crowing about what he could do. He looked like he has some wheels with the ball in his hands, though.
the 5 WR stuff with empty backfield but using base personnel is a choice thing, and Henning did it too; the ideal is you get base personnel out there but then all of a sudden you have a corner playing a fullback and a linebacker on a receiver. Good stuff, but complicated nonetheless.
