Time to shine

It's time for the Saints to return back to their winning ways tonight. You guys will be facing the latest version of Michael Vick so you won't have to worry so much about getting torched by the pass but will have to be wary of the scramble.

And most prognosticators are dwelling on the Saints defense and saying it's the team's problem.

At the risk of being repetitive,...if I were Payton, I'd run Deuce down the Titans throats and use Bush as a Westbrook type back in the passing game. Bush needs to step it up too and have some big time returns.

The Titans, with a QB like they have, are eerily similar to the Falcons the last few years. Teams that won the time of posession battle usually beat the Falcons because the QB was unable to gain any rhythm and it showed in his passes and his decison making. That same thing would apply to the Titans QB, imo.

Some Falcons fans say I'm a traitor for pulling for the Saints and I call them idiots. The Saints and Falcons are pretty much "sister" teams and our fans have suffered many, many losing seasons. To me, it's a kindred type thingie and I've always enjoyed Saints fans that make the trip from LA to Atlanta,...man, talk about some party monsters!:stoned:

Great post, I agree this is the time for us to shine, the spotlight is on us and how great it would be for us to come away with a W and put on a great performance in front of our home crwod. Lets go SAINTS!!!!

Not much too say, we did have a chance to win the game, but Drew let us down. Hope to improve in this bye-week. Well at least now Reggie has his time to shine, its all on his shoulders.
